The role manages equipment accountability, inventory validation, reporting, equipment loss or shortage reporting, administrative correspondence, maintenance workload tracking, and contractor maintenance personnel supervision, while requiring familiarity with NTCSS, ISO processes, PMS directives, procurement, ELMS, Microsoft Office, and technical documentation.
