NAST ACES is hiring a Program Administrator to support ACES teams with project alignment, tracking, complex problem-solving, process standardization, data and reporting accuracy, and stakeholder engagement. The role manages project deliverables, monitors intake reporting, coordinates internal and external work streams, and identifies dependencies to ensure timely completion. Candidates should have English fluency, experience with performance metrics, process improvement, Lean techniques, administrative or project/data management, and content creation; logistics experience is preferred. The position is based in Chino, California, and pays $20.52–$29.18 USD per hour.
