Description
The Program Administrator supervises division supervisors and directs the development, planning, implementation, monitoring, and compliance of client service programs. The role also handles public relations, case reviews, contract negotiations, staff meetings, disciplinary actions, training, hiring recommendations, reporting, and program statistics. It requires at least three years of Public Assistance program experience, three years of supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred. The position works Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., is exempt from overtime, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
