Description
The Program Administrator oversees daily instruction of basic life and social skills, supervises the DCP-Supervisor, coordinates individual services, supports intake and program billing, maintains electronic healthcare records and case documentation, develops service plans and individual goals, and serves as a liaison with families, government agencies, and community resources. The role also provides staff training, participates in interdisciplinary team meetings, supports program compliance and survey preparation, and may drive company vehicles. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work with people of varying abilities are required; a bachelor’s degree or at least two years of health-care management experience, supervisory experience, and experience with developmental disabilities, autism, CPR, First Aid, and crisis intervention are preferred.
