Description
The Connected for Kids Operational Leader will manage and implement pediatric operational workflows, quality initiatives, and related processes across inpatient, NICU, urgent care, primary care, specialty care, and surgical services. The role connects CFK goals to organizational leaders, secures resources, represents the organization on quality and operations committees, and supports operational alignment and escalation. It reports to Connected for Kids leadership and the Froedtert ThedaCare North region ACO Director of Quality, requires at least five years of pediatric leadership and quality improvement experience, and is scheduled for 20 hours per week at the CIN 3 Neenah Center in Appleton, Wisconsin.
