Description
The Program Administrator will oversee the day-to-day operations of JWCH Institute’s Residential Treatment Program for Women and Children in South Los Angeles, supporting compliance with Los Angeles County Department of Public Health and Drug Medi-Cal standards. The role supervises non-clinical staff, coordinates admissions and client transportation, manages personnel and program documentation, monitors safety and quality, and collaborates with clinical, intake, billing, community, and corporate teams. It requires substance abuse or mental health experience, supervisory experience, SUD counseling certification, proficiency with electronic health records, and a valid California driver’s license.
