Description
The Program Advocate oversees shelter operations during working hours, maintains a safe and secure environment, responds to client needs and issues, maintains confidentiality and compliance, and supports clients in crisis situations. The role requires at least two years of sobriety, CPR and First Aid certification, sensitivity to low-income clients, crisis-response ability, basic computer skills, and the ability to ascend and descend stairs and lift 30 pounds. It reports to the Program Manager, requires a background check, and offers all shifts with full-time and part-time benefits.
