SMOC is hiring a Program Advocate, Relief to provide on-call coverage for residential programs, including front-desk support, client intake, security, dorm supervision, client engagement, recordkeeping, and compliance. The role reports to the Program Manager, may require night shifts, and requires a background check. A high school diploma or GED, CPR and First Aid certification, substance-abuse and mental-illness experience, and bilingual ability are preferred or desired.
