Lutheran Services Florida is hiring a Program Aide to support classroom, kitchen, and bus activities in Head Start or Early Head Start programs. The role assists with lesson plans, field trips, meals, classroom organization, special-needs children, IEP/IFSP support, food preparation and cleanup, and other program operations. It is an entry-level, Monday-Friday position with an 8-hour shift from 7:30 to 5:30, requires a high school diploma or GED, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
