Description
Save the Children is hiring a full-time Program Aide to support Head Start, Early Head Start, and other U.S. programs serving infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. The role assists teachers and classroom staff, provides custodial and kitchen support, may serve as a bus monitor or temporary substitute, and requires travel to program sites or home visits. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, applicable Head Start or childcare certification, first aid and pediatric CPR certification, knowledge of working with young children and children with disabilities, and the ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff. Base pay starts at $15 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement, and other benefits.
