Description
Save the Children is hiring a part-time Program Aide On-Call to support Head Start and Early Head Start programs by assisting with classroom activities, janitorial and kitchen duties, food service, child safety, and program operations. The role may require travel to program sites and home visits, and the employee may serve as a temporary substitute for teachers, assistant teachers, cooks, or custodians. Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, relevant Head Start or child-care certification, first aid and pediatric CPR certification, and the ability to work with infants, toddlers, preschool-aged children, children with disabilities, and families.
