Merakey is hiring Program Aides for its Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (IDD) division in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The role supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in day program and residential settings by assisting with daily living activities, educational, recreational, social, and therapeutic activities, implementing individualized service plans, documenting progress, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment. The position is scheduled for first shift Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at $17.00 per hour, with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plus additional employee support programs.
