QED Systems, LLC is hiring a full-time Program Analyst, Acquisition Specialist in APG, Maryland to support Project Manager Intelligence Systems & Analytics (PM IS&A) with DoD 5000-series acquisition management. The role develops and coordinates acquisition strategies, plans, baselines, test and evaluation plans, systems engineering plans, and lifecycle sustainment plans; supports milestone decision events; and analyzes cost, schedule, performance, risk, and technical data. The position requires a Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and at least 12 years of government program management experience, with less than 25% travel and co-location in government office spaces. The estimated annual salary range is $130,000 to $150,000, with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
