Description
The State of Delaware is hiring a Program Analyst and Evaluator, Management Analyst III, for its Office of Inspector General. The role leads complex management and operational evaluations, studies, and reviews across state agencies; collects and analyzes data; assesses efficiency, effectiveness, compliance, and program needs; develops recommendations; and supports investigators and other OIG personnel. The position requires substantial autonomy, certification in evaluation, auditing, or investigations within three years, and experience in studies, statistics, regulations, report writing, and recommendations. It is based in Dover or Wilmington, offers telework eligibility, and pays $57,975 to $86,963 annually.
