ANSER is hiring a full-time Program Analyst to provide technical, analytical, and program support to a Department of Defense organization. The role involves tracking portfolio and project performance, coordinating program activities, developing briefing materials, supporting policy and operational requirements, managing risks, and creating dashboards and reports using SQL and Power BI. Candidates must hold an active Secret Security Clearance and have at least five years of relevant project management, DoD acquisition, or comparable experience, along with extensive Microsoft Office and SharePoint experience. The position offers a full-time salary range of $74,000 to $108,000 USD.

Required Previous Experiences: At least five years of experience in project management, DoD acquisition, or a related subject of comparable complexity and responsibility.

At least three years of SharePoint-related experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of the Department of Defense as an organization.
