The National Guard Program Analyst serves as an analyst and consultant for the management and administration of programs within the directorate. Responsibilities include reviewing obligations and expenditures, analyzing resource consumption and workload data, interpreting reports, developing visual management information, recommending program improvements, monitoring funding allocations, adjusting allocations, and developing an annual budget.
