Description
The Program Analyst, GS-0343-9, serves as program manager for the Strong Bonds program in California, developing, implementing, and administering the program while coordinating requirements and assisting the full-time state Chaplain. The position is a permanent excepted-service role requiring California National Guard membership, a compatible military assignment and grade, appropriate security clearance, and at least one year of specialized experience in National Guard organizational structures, management practices, policy development, and computer and automation systems.
