The Government Modernization Initiative (GMI) Program Analyst will support the Deputy Director and data team in identifying savings opportunities, implementing process improvements, and managing change across agency initiatives. The role combines data analytics, performance and procurement metrics, project management, cross-departmental coordination, and AI-supported predictive analytics. It is a full-time position in Annapolis, Maryland, with a salary of $97,703–$107,875 per year and requires a bachelor’s degree plus at least two years of relevant experience.
