OCT Consulting, LLC is hiring a primarily remote Program Analyst to support a national security client, with occasional office visits and requested commuting within the DC Metro Area, including Quantico, Virginia. The role supports governance forums and executive briefings, Power BI dashboards and KPIs, action and decision tracking, risk and issue management, project scheduling, and records/configuration management. Applicants need at least 5 years of relevant experience, an active Secret-or-higher security clearance, U.S. citizenship, and proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
