Description
The Program Analyst provides administrative and business-management support to the ARAT program office, preparing manpower and financial reports, tracking travel requests and Common Access Cards, supporting monthly financial reporting, capturing meeting minutes, and maintaining records and document version control. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline, 2 to 4 years of relevant program and project management experience, and an active DoD Secret clearance. The position is based at or requires travel to Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, with contractor-location flexibility.
