Zantech is hiring a Sr Program Analyst to provide acquisition program management and analysis for federal programs at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The role involves advising on acquisition policies and procedures, reviewing program documentation, coordinating Milestone Decision Review approvals, partnering with federal officials on efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting knowledge management. Required capabilities include acquisition management, program analysis, DoDI 5000.02, performance metrics analysis, strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, and stakeholder engagement. A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, DAU certifications, PMP, and acquisition certifications are preferred, while US citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret or higher clearance are required.
