Description
The Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command Program Analyst will plan, organize, and establish policies, directives, programs, and procedures for assigned major command programs. The role analyzes Air Force and major command strategic plans, documents programming decisions, participates in program planning, researches funding trends, evaluates program changes, and uses financial and programming data systems such as CMS and PBES. Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower broadband NH-02 or equivalent GS-11 level, including experience with PPBS, budget formulation and execution, program analysis, and financial data systems. U.S. citizenship, Selective Service registration for males, appropriate security clearance, and possible travel are required.
