First Division Consulting is hiring a Program Analyst IV to support Marine Corps acquisition by managing programmatic planning, coordination, and execution of cost, schedule, and performance aspects. The role supports the Project Officer through the acquisition lifecycle, coordinates with functional stakeholders, prepares acquisition documentation, monitors program status and milestones, assesses technical, cost, and schedule data, identifies risks, develops corrective actions, manages master schedules, and provides analysis and briefings to senior leaders. The position requires an active DoD Secret clearance, 3–10 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or 15+ years without one, Microsoft Project or OnePager proficiency, and familiarity with DoD acquisition policies.
