The WSIB is hiring a Program Analyst, Operations Quality & Evaluation to serve as an analytics partner to Operations leadership. The role analyzes operational data, builds dashboards and reports, automates reporting processes, evaluates initiatives, and provides data-driven recommendations to improve operational outcomes. Candidates should have experience with data analysis, reporting, visualization, automation, SQL, and business intelligence; Python, R, statistical analysis, data modeling, and large-dataset experience are assets. The position requires an in-office arrangement up to five days per week beginning in 2027 and offers a salary of $80,000 to $100,000, with possible health and dental plan participation.
