Description
MLT Systems is seeking an on-site Program Analyst to support Program Manager Tactical Communications & Electromagnetic Warfare Systems. The role provides analytical and requirements support across engineering, science, business, financial, cost, and program-management disciplines; develops and reviews acquisition documentation, concepts of operation, standard operating procedures, capability briefs, and budget-related materials; coordinates with Marine Corps operating forces; and maintains alignment with DoD and Marine Corps requirements, acquisition strategies, and milestone schedules. The position requires a bachelor's degree, 7–10 years of experience, a Secret clearance, and foundational knowledge of JCIDS and DoD requirements-management processes.
