MANTECH is hiring a full-time Program Analyst Requirements Management Lead in Linthicum, Maryland, to support program managers and government stakeholders with analytical, requirements management, and portfolio management activities. The role involves establishing and executing government portfolio and requirements processes, supporting PPBE activities, managing requirements intake, identifying inefficient requirements, producing reports and metrics, and communicating risks and opportunities. Candidates need a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree with the corresponding years of relevant experience, specialized experience leading large complex DoD or federal projects, MS Project scheduling experience, earned value and project control knowledge, and full-cycle change management experience. An active TS/SCI clearance is required, and the projected compensation range is $142,200 to $254,000.
