Spry Methods is seeking a Program Analyst Requirements Manager to support a complex federal mission by managing requirements, portfolios, integrated schedules, costs, performance, risks, and program execution. The role develops dashboards and reports, coordinates with program managers and Government stakeholders, and identifies process and resource improvements. Candidates need TS/SCI clearance eligibility, a bachelor’s degree with at least eight years of relevant experience or a master’s degree with at least six years, and experience with large Department of Defense or Federal Government projects, Microsoft Project scheduling, Earned Value Management, change management, and program management.
