Qualcomm India Private Limited is hiring a full-time Program Analyst Sr – Generative AI, Prompt Engineering & Validation in Bangalore. The role supports Generative AI initiatives by coordinating feature validation, designing and executing prompt-based tests, validating search, RAG, data, and output quality, analyzing defects and root causes, and reporting progress to engineering, product, platform, and leadership stakeholders. Candidates need 2–6 years of relevant experience, an associate’s degree or equivalent with two years of experience, and hands-on exposure to Generative AI, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted workflows.
