Description
The Program Analyst will analyze Washington’s waste management and packaging recycling systems, validate and map data, assess compliance risks, track diversion and recycling targets, develop performance indicators, and support program planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least three years of solid waste management data analysis experience in Washington, and three years of data analysis, visualization, and system-mapping experience. It is remote for someone based in Washington State, with regular Washington travel and occasional out-of-state travel.
