Description
The Senior Program/Customer Representative serves as the primary contact for commercial customers, providing sustainment-focused support for maintenance, repair, and overhaul services, spare parts, technical publications, maintenance events, upgrades, and modifications. The role coordinates with engineering, logistics, supply chain, sales, marketing, and operations teams; develops customer relationships; identifies revenue opportunities; and resolves production, shipping, invoicing, warranty, and technical issues. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 6 years of professional experience, or a related master’s degree with 4 years of experience, plus at least 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in aviation or aerospace. The position offers a full-time salary range of $81,500 to $151,300 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
