Description
The Program & Financial Compliance Officer (PFCO) manages a portfolio of international grants supporting global health advocacy and non-communicable disease prevention initiatives. The role reviews grant proposals, budgets, work plans, and reports; monitors grantee progress and financial compliance; coordinates grant negotiations and renewals; supports subgrantees and in-country consultants; conducts site and virtual visits; and ensures compliance with organizational, U.S., and national requirements. The position is based in Washington, DC, reports to the Senior Program and Financial Compliance Officer, and requires at least three years of relevant experience, strong writing and communication skills, international experience, and eligibility to work in the United States.
