CLEAResult is hiring a Program & Market Analyst to support a commercial, industrial, and agricultural energy-efficiency program. The role analyzes program and market data, maintains dashboards and datasets, produces reports and presentations, supports savings and incentive-spend forecasting, monitors policy and market intelligence, and provides actionable insights for program leaders and clients. A bachelor's or graduate degree in a relevant field plus 5 or more years of related experience is required, or 8 or more years without a degree. The position is preferably based in Oregon, offers a stated salary range of $70,000–$75,000, and does not provide immigration or work-authorization sponsorship.
