Description
METRO.digital is hiring a Program and Portfolio Manager for its Digital Transformation Office. The role is a senior individual contributor responsible for owning a multi-year digital delivery roadmap, overseeing complex cross-platform initiatives, managing selected key programs, ensuring delivery transparency and business-case validity, establishing governance structures, validating solution approaches with architecture and engineering leads, and supporting pragmatic change adoption. The position requires at least seven years of enterprise IT or top-tier IT consultancy experience, a track record managing large-scale digital programs and portfolios, strong hands-on IT delivery knowledge, senior stakeholder management skills, and very good English fluency; German is preferred. The role follows a hybrid and agile work model.
