RSM is hiring a Program & Project Management Manager to lead large, complex transformation engagements across public sector and healthcare industries. The role oversees planning, execution, governance, scope, change, risk, budget, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and project documentation, while also supporting discovery calls, sales enablement, and pipeline development. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, experience managing complex projects and programs, knowledge of transformation and regulatory initiatives, proficiency with project management tools, and PMP certification; public sector, healthcare, Medicare, Medicaid, and audit experience are preferred.
