Syngenta is hiring a Scientific Equipment Programme Leadership professional to lead its annual Scientific Investment Programme and assigned capital projects from definition through commissioning, handover, and close-out. The role owns programme governance, expenditure and forecast visibility, risk and issue resolution, stakeholder coordination, delivery excellence, and deputy cover for the CPR Capital Portfolio Manager. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering or related technical discipline, strong project and programme management knowledge, capital-investment governance experience, English fluency, and proficiency with Excel, Power BI and Smartsheet. The position is based at Jealott's Hill International Research Centre in the United Kingdom and is hybrid.
