Description
This role supports the government customer in PEO SHIPS Acquisition Management by managing Government Furnished Equipment and Contractor Furnished Equipment delivery statuses, issues, risks, and other program acquisition management functions across ship classes, hulls, and combat-system components. The position requires at least 10 years of professional program or project management experience in Department of Defense or Navy acquisition, with a bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or science preferred, and 15+ years of DoD/Navy program management, government technical management, or industry business management experience preferred.
