Description
BUPA ANZ is hiring a Program Architect for Capability Modernisation to own and evolve the end-to-end program architecture for its Health Insurance Capability Modernisation Program. Reporting to the Enterprise Architect for Health Insurance, the role provides program-level architectural leadership, closes gaps in architecture artefacts, supports delivery decisions and transition outcomes, and aligns work with the broader Health Insurance target state. The position requires significant experience in program or enterprise architecture, complex transformation programs, architecture optioning, impact assessment, transition sequencing, stakeholder management, and decision-making. It is a permanent full-time role based in Melbourne with hybrid working.
