JPL is hiring a Program Area Manager for its National Programs Office to support National Security and National Defense business development. The role manages customer relationships, leads business leads, coordinates contracts and pricing, secures technology development and major project opportunities, oversees project execution, represents JPL at customer and technical interfaces, and leads the broader business development team. Candidates need a relevant PhD, MA/MS, or BA/BS degree with substantial related experience, leadership and systems-development expertise, and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI access. The position is based in Pasadena, California, with an annual hiring range of $164,216 to $200,200.
