Endeavor Health Services is hiring a full-time Program Assistant for its Rochester, New York clinic, which provides mental health, substance use, domestic violence, anger management, and sexual abuse prevention services. The role supports the clinic treatment team by completing referral reports and authorizations, coordinating care, administering drug screens, assisting counselors with documentation and crisis clients, supporting discharge planning, and maintaining compliance with agency policies and HIPAA. The position requires Microsoft Office experience, prefers an associate or bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field and Cerner or similar behavioral health software experience, and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits at $18.13–$22.66 per hour.
