Lifesteps is hiring multiple part-time Program Aides in Butler, Pennsylvania to support adults with special needs through daily activities, crafts, community outings, and life-skills development. The role includes observing and reporting participant progress, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and transporting participants in an agency vehicle. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, a current driver's license, and the ability to obtain and maintain Crisis Prevention Intervention and First Aid/CPR certifications; one year of experience working with adults with disabilities or in a direct care position is preferred.
