Description
The Residential Program Assistant supports a residential work-release program for adult state inmates by supervising residents and program activities, monitoring facility security and resident accountability, conducting searches and urine and alcohol testing, escorting residents to approved destinations, maintaining records and logs, and overseeing vehicle and program maintenance. The role works Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., requires NJDOC and NJAC clearance, and offers an hourly rate of $16–$18 plus health insurance, paid time off, holidays, and a retirement plan with employer match.
