Description
The Program Assistant supports an Assertive Community Treatment team serving clients with significant mental health or psychiatric symptoms, functional impairments, and possible co-occurring chemical dependency. Responsibilities include crisis assessment, care coordination, scheduling and appointment management, resource acquisition, phone support, referrals, progress notes, chart maintenance, data entry, and documentation of client welfare and safety. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, age 21 or older, afternoon and evening availability, and possible on-call emergency response. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules are available, with pay of $22-$22.50.
