Description
Community Care is hiring a part-time Program Assistant/CNA for its Waukesha Home Care department. The role provides personal care, restorative services, member care updates, recreation programming, therapeutic exercise groups, and home-care support, with occasional travel to members' homes. It requires at least one year of care experience, Wisconsin CNA certification, CPR and AED certification, a high school diploma or GED, and a Wisconsin driver's license. The schedule is 24 hours per week, with options including T–W–Th 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., M–F 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., or 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
