Description
Active Day is hiring full-time Program Assistants, also described as PCAs or Activities Assistants, to provide personal and medical care, assist with activities of daily living, support meals, and help plan and facilitate therapeutic recreational programs for members. The role also involves maintaining a safe and clean environment, communicating with members and families, and collaborating with cross-functional staff. No prior experience is required because training is provided, but a high school diploma or equivalent is strongly preferred, along with relevant healthcare or special-needs experience.
