Description
Program Assistant position at the University of Florida’s Physical Security department, supporting physical security infrastructure and operations through customer service, tier 1 helpdesk support, project coordination, asset and data management, and administrative tasks. The role works with Lenel and Genetec systems, maintains security databases and identity management data, assists with campus-wide project updates, and requires strong communication, organization, and computer proficiency. It is a staff full-time, entry-level role based on Main Campus in Gainesville, Florida, with an hourly pay range of $19.23 to $21.00 and requires a background check and a Florida Class E driver’s license.
