The role provides clerical and administrative support to the Visiting Nursing program, including data entry, reporting, document preparation, scheduling of clinical field staff, payroll-related data entry, reception duties, and coordination of program audits and supplies. The position operates on mixed shifts, primarily weekends and holidays, with an average of 30 hours bi-weekly and pays $19.15–$29.12 depending on experience. A Medical Terminology Diploma is preferred, while prior administrative experience, Microsoft Office and Excel knowledge, and scheduling experience are required.
