Skagit Valley College is hiring a Program Assistant for its Workforce Grants office to support BFET, Opportunity Grant, Student Emergency Assistance Grant, and Supporting Students Experiencing Homeless programs. The role provides student information, application-status updates, document intake, orientation support, front-desk coverage, DSHS eJAS documentation, and general administrative and customer-service work. It is a 12-month classified, onsite position at the Mount Vernon Campus, reporting to the Workforce Grants Manager, with a starting salary of $3,565 per month and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
