The School District of Philadelphia is hiring a full-time Program Assistant (Youth Violence Reduction) to support the implementation of youth violence and gang-involvement programs in schools and communities. The role coordinates program activities, maintains databases and reports, manages a caseload of up to 15 at-risk youth, provides weekly support and mentorship, connects families to community resources, and documents activities in case management software. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and three years of relevant experience, with a starting salary of $35,035.00 for new PFT members.
