Description
The Program Associate will provide case management and alternative dispute resolution services to victims of crime, including screening matters, scheduling mediations, maintaining electronic case records, and conducting mediation, conflict coaching, and restorative practices. The role requires trust-building with vulnerable populations, direct client work, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience with victims of crime and conflict resolution. It offers a hybrid work environment after training, requires work outside typical hours, and pays $25.00 per hour.
