Hillel of Sonoma County is hiring a full-time Program Associate to lead Jewish student programming at Sonoma State University and Santa Rosa Junior College. The role covers student engagement and leadership development, event planning and logistics, campus outreach, social media and communications, and institutional and individual donor stewardship and fundraising. Candidates should have 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and be comfortable working nights or weekends and traveling occasionally; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Compensation is $65,000–$68,000 annually for 40 hours per week, with paid time off, professional development stipends, a cell phone stipend, and travel reimbursement.
